Responsibilities
- Take regular records of factory staff’s daily attendance and monitor their performance.
- Coordinate with HR Manager in staff recruiting and selection process.
- Communicate with recruiting agents to schedule interviews.
- Maintain and organize employee records on Company HR Database.
- Prepare and conduct training sessions for both new hires and former employees as necessary.
- Impose HR policies, rules & regulations and prepare notices from time to time as necessary.
- Handle and report HR Manager for disciplinary actions and HR issues.
- Regularly communicate with HR Manager and Head Accountant.
- Performed other HR‐related duties as required.
Requirements
- Any degree holder.
- Minimum 3 years experience in related field.
- Effective communication skills in English.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Courteous manner and positive attitude.
- Able to work well either alone or as part of a team.
Other Information
- Salary: MMK 700,000 + Meal & Ferry Provided
- Working Days: Monday to Friday (7:30 AM to 4:30 PM)
- Off Days: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
- Working Location: Hlaing Thar Yar Township, Yangon.
