Job Descriptions

  • Developing and implementing human resources policies.
  • Supporting strategic objectives.
  • Hiring staff and negotiating employment agreements.
  • Ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Managing staff wellness and performance reviews.
  • Motivating and supporting current staff.
  • Maintaining staff records.
  • Handling employee benefits.
  • Identifying staffing needs and creating job descriptions.
  • Designing and directing training programs.
  • Work with the BOD to determine the mission, and plan for short and long-term goals.

Requirements

  • Any Graduate.
  • Good communication skills in English (written and oral) and the local language.
  • Must have +10 years of working experience in Yangon – Myanmar.
  • Must have +3 years of experience in an Head or Director level
  • Must have good working experience with IT Software Industry for  at years 3 years.
  • In depth experiences in overall HR Management functions
  • Abe to lead a term of Division HR Managers
  • Prefer to have working experiences with Japanese Corporation.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Highly organized.
  • Superior interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented.
  • Good problem-solving skills.
  • Budget management experience.
  • Strong people skills.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
Other information
  • Salary: 3,000,000 ~ 4,500,000 MMK
  • Working Days: Monday to Friday (8:30 AM to 5:30 PM)
  • Working Location: North Dagon Township, Yangon
