- Developing and implementing human resources policies.
- Supporting strategic objectives.

Requirements
- Any Graduate.
- Good communication skills in English (written and oral) and the local language.
- Must have +10 years of working experience in Yangon – Myanmar.
- Must have +3 years of experience in an Head or Director level
- Must have good working experience with IT Software Industry for at years 3 years.
- In depth experiences in overall HR Management functions
- Abe to lead a term of Division HR Managers
- Prefer to have working experiences with Japanese Corporation.
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly organized.
- Superior interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Budget management experience.
- Strong people skills.
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
Other information
- Salary: 3,000,000 ~ 4,500,000 MMK
- Working Days: Monday to Friday (8:30 AM to 5:30 PM)
- Working Location: North Dagon Township, Yangon
