Job Descriptions

  • Arrange the Job Analysis interview meeting with all department heads
  • Odoo Employees’ data update
  • Updating for communication package and insurance package
  • Prepare the documents for all government report such as salary report, leave report, OSH report….
  • Support for Government permit (EMP, Duty Shift & ….)

Requirements

  • Any Graduate (more preferable MBA, MPA, Human Resources Management Degree).
  • Familiarity with Compensation & Benefit, Learning & Development, Employees relation, Strategic Human Resources Management, Recruitment & Selection Functions.
  • At least 10 years experiences in related field.
  • Be knowledgeable about Number analysis, Computing.
  • Must have Communication skills, People Relations and Management skills, Problem solving skills.
  • Adequate knowledge of business and management principles (budgeting, strategic planning, resource allocation and human resources)

Other information

  • Salary: MMK 1,800,000
  • Benefits: Annual Bonus, Annual Increment, Lunch & Ferry Provided
  • Working Days: Monday to Friday (7:30 AM to 4:30 PM)
  • Off Days: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
  • Working Location: Hlaing Tharyar Township; Yangon
