HR & Admin Officer (For an International Company)

Job Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for the smooth running of the charity office, dealing with enquiries by telephone, email and post.
  • Deal with visitors to the organization in an appropriate and personable manner.
  • Make any necessary travel arrangements for the charity team.
  • Maintain office supplies and orders, creating purchase orders on accordingly.
  • Involve in fundraising/charity events and exhibitions as required.
  • Ensuring sufficient management and supervision of Drivers.
  • Maintaining the roadworthiness of all vehicles through proper maintenance and repair
  • Ensuring effective and efficient use of fuel
  • Supervision of the cleaning and maintenance team on the timeliness and quality of administrative tasks
  • Cooperating with finance department for payroll process
  • Administrative support to key events (e.g. conferences, VIP visits, etc.) on a timely and quality basis.
  • To undertake additional tasks reasonably requested by the management and the charity team.

Job Requirements

  • Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Business or Public Administration or related fields is required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience at the national or international level in administrative management.
  • Full working knowledge in written and oral English and fluency in Myanmar language required.
  • Proven experiences in any three of the following functional areas: facilities and/or building management, records and administrative services, management of service providers, archives management, asset management and vehicle
    fleet management.
  • Good interpersonal and good communication skills

Other Information

  • Salary: MMK 1,000,000 ~ 1,300,000
  • Benefits: Transportation allowance/ Ferry Service
    Meal Allowance: Daily allowance provided for meal
    Training opportunity: Opportunity to work closely with a Big 4 accounting firm for training and experience
  • Working Days: 6 days per week
  • Working Location: Mingalardon Township, Yangon
