HR & Admin Manager (For an Int’l Software Company)

  1. Setting up initial resources and working office in the designated city/ country
  2. Hiring and managing employees from other countries if required
  3. Ensuring all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitoring compliance with laws and regulations
  4. Maintaining constant communication with managers, staff, and vendors to ensure proper operations
  5. Processing and analyzing all internal expenses to ensure all activities are on time and within budget
  6. Conducting reviews and reporting cost plans to upper management
  7. Develop, implement, and review operational policies and procedures to enhance the company’s internal capacity and productivity
  8. Work with the board of directors to determine the plan for short and long-term goals


  1. Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Human Resources, or related field (operations management, business administration,…)
  2. Good communication skills in English (written and oral) and the local language
  3. +5 years of working experience in the designated city/country
  4.  +3 years of experience in an operational management role
  5. Strong skills in budget development and oversight
  6. Good sense of labour market and current best practices
  7. Proficiency in conflict management and business negotiation processes
  8. Working knowledge of business productivity measurement
  9. Organizational and leadership skills
  10. Pro-active, adaptive and flexible mindset

Other Information

  1. Salary: 1,500,000 ~ 2,000,000 MMK
  2. Working Days: Monday to Friday (9AM to 5PM)
  3. Working Location: Yangon
