Responsibilities
- Setting up initial resources and working office in the designated city/ country
- Hiring and managing employees from other countries if required
- Ensuring all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitoring compliance with laws and regulations
- Maintaining constant communication with managers, staff, and vendors to ensure proper operations
- Processing and analyzing all internal expenses to ensure all activities are on time and within budget
- Conducting reviews and reporting cost plans to upper management
- Develop, implement, and review operational policies and procedures to enhance the company’s internal capacity and productivity
- Work with the board of directors to determine the plan for short and long-term goals
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Human Resources, or related field (operations management, business administration,…)
- Good communication skills in English (written and oral) and the local language
- +5 years of working experience in the designated city/country
- +3 years of experience in an operational management role
- Strong skills in budget development and oversight
- Good sense of labour market and current best practices
- Proficiency in conflict management and business negotiation processes
- Working knowledge of business productivity measurement
- Organizational and leadership skills
- Pro-active, adaptive and flexible mindset
Other Information
- Salary: 1,500,000 ~ 2,000,000 MMK
- Working Days: Monday to Friday (9AM to 5PM)
- Working Location: Yangon
