Requirements
- Any Bachelor Degree, related Advanced HRM Diploma preferred
- Minimum (5) Years experiences in fields
- Excellent skill in HRIS and Payroll system
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and up to date knowledge of Employment and Labor Law of Myanmar
- Have Knowledge of relevant International HR and Admin policies and procedures
- Good knowledge of HR and Admin Strategy, Planning, analyzing, researching, surveying skill
- Have knowledge department goals, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), SOP, JD, JS, organizational design for all department and employee’s level
- Have good communication, organizing, negotiation, Creative thinking and problem-solving skill
- Ability to priorities and work well under pressure
- Strong knowledge of Myanmar Factory Art, policy, procedure and rules
- Ability to priorities and work well under pressure
- Good communication in English Language
- Skillful in the use of computer software and Microsoft Office Packages, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Other Information
- Salary: Up to 1,500,000 MMK (Negotiable)
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday Half Day (8:30AM to 4:30PM)
- Working Location: Hmawbi Township, Yangon
