HR & Admin Executive (For a Foreign Technology Company)

Descriptions

  • Handling daily attendance, leave record, payroll, pay slip, SSB, Personal income tax and office expenses.
  • Sourcing and coordination of all interview activities through to finding the right candidate.
  • Creating and distributing guidelines and employee handbook.
  • Commercial tax and corporate income tax and assisting annual audit report with accounting firm.
  • Extension and amending company’s registration certificate (Form2-KATHAKA-2)/EIR Card/ Communication license/ Dica, etc)
  • Support meeting arrangements and taking a meeting minus.
  • Make travel arrangements such as (air ticket, hotel booking, etc.)
  • Making bank transfer and cash withdraw from (government bank and corporate bank.)
  • Supporting government tender project
  • Able to travel
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by manager.

Requirements

  • Any bachelor’s degree.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in related field.
  • Solid knowledge and understanding of labour Law.
  • Ability to work in fast paced environment and under pressure.
  • Must have positive Attitude, Strong Negotiation skills, Analytical skills.
  • Computer literacy and proficient in MS Office.
  • Good communication skill in both English and Burmese.

Other Information

  • Salary: MMK 600,000 + Uniform & Ferry Provided
  • Working Days: Monday to Friday (8:00 AM to 4:00 PM)
  • Off Days: Saturday, Sunday & Public holidays
  • Working Location: Thaketa Township, Yangon.
