HR & Admin Assistant (For a Foreign Logistics Company)

Descriptions

  • Assist onboarding and orientation process.
  • Support and assist to HR Executive in overall Recruitment Process.
  • Assist in employment contract.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records, update employee database and filing employee profile.
  • Support and assist in facility arrangement process (Name Card, Business Card, Access Card, Snack, Bill Payment Process, etc…).
  • Supervise the process of vehicles repair, maintenance and fuel usage.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR and Admin team.

Requirements

  • Diploma in HRM or related degree.
  • Minimum 1 year work experience as an HR Staff.
  • Strong knowledge of Myanmar labor laws.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Email & Internet.
  • Good communication skill, attitude and willingness to learn new things.

Other Information

  • Salary: MMK 300,000 ~ 400,000 + Coffee & Snack Provided
  • Working Days: Monday to Friday (8:30 Am to 5:30 PM)
  • Off Day: Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays
  • Working Location: Kyauktada Township, Yangon.
