Responsibilities
- Craft strategies for all Marketing Teams, including Digital, Advertising, Communications , Creative and Product Strategy as well.
- Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the Marketing Department.
- Set, Monitor and report on team goals.
- Design branding, positioning and pricing strategies.
- Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, email campaigns, web pages and promotional material)
- Analyze consumer behavior and determine customer personas.
- Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share.
- Craft quarterly and annual hiring plans.
- Monitor competition (Acquisitions, pricing changes and new products and features_
- Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness.
- Participate in the quarterly and annual planning of company objectives.
- Develop a competent Marketing Team.
- Direct and monitor employee performance appraisals and ensure that supervisors have proper marketing training.
Requirements
- Must have Sales & Marketing Diploma and (MBA Preferred)
- Must have knowledge strong understanding in the concepts of at Marketing Channel
- At least 5 years of working experience in “ Head Management at the Electronic Product Background” . Incumbent should show the capabilities to lead overall brand manager’s team ,Suppliers and cooperate branding team at head office.
- Strong communication and presentation skill with English 4 skills
- Strong leadership skills as well as strong motivation skill

- Salary: 2,500,000 MMK
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
- Working Location: Yangon
