- Support to sales by providing strategic plan and marketing mix.
- To allocate resources to different projects
- To across the business marketing industry and spearheads of Marketing Operations Program
- To train and develop marketing members by continuous learning
- Develop marketing plans and strategies to support the achievement of the overall business operations objectives.
- Craft strategies for all Marketing teams, including Digital, Advertising, Communications and Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the Marketing Department.
- Design branding, positioning and pricing strategies.
- Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, email campaigns, web pages and promotional material).
- Analyze consumer behavior and determine customer.
- Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share.
- Monitor competition (acquisitions, pricing changes, new products and features).
- Participate in the quarterly and annual planning of company objectives Develop a competent Marketing Team.
- Develop the plan and strategy for Company Products’ Brand Awareness.
- Must have Project Report, Marketing Update Report and Digital Marketing Report
- Any Graduated with Sales & Marketing Diploma and (MBA Preferred)
- At least 5 years of working experience in “ Head/Management position level at the Agricultural Industry” . Incumbent should show the capabilities to lead overall branch manager’s team and a bunch of people at head office.
- Based in Yangon but routine business travelling between regional branches is needed.
