Responsibilities
- Review, challenge, and approve the HR Annual Plan, Manpower Plan, and HR Budget.
- Act as the principal HR advisor to the CEO and Executive Management Team.
- Provide strategic oversight on sales workforce planning, territory coverage, and manpower optimization.
- Oversee key talent retention strategies and provide Board-level updates on leadership bench strength.
- Monitor correlations between sales performance, employee productivity, turnover, and HR costs.
- Approve all HR policies, SOPs, Employee Handbook, and Sales Incentive Policies at Board level.
- Ensure full compliance with Myanmar Labor Law, Social Security Board (SSB), Income Tax regulations, and employment laws.
- Set KPIs and performance expectations for the HR Manager and ensure strong execution across all HR functions.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Master’s Degree (MBA/MPA) is highly preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in Human Resources and at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Prior experience in pharmaceutical distribution, FMCG, trading, or sales-driven organizations is strongly preferred.
- Strong command of English (report writing and executive presentation level)
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, HRIS, and Payroll Systems

- Salary: MMK 2,500,000
- Working Days: Monday to Friday, Saturday (Alternate)
- Working Time: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Off Days: Saturday (Alternate), Sunday & Public Holidays
- Working Location: Sanchaung Township, Yangon.
