Job Responsibilities
- Managing and overseeing the organization’s entire finance system.
- To lead the organization’s annual budget setting and longer term strategic financial planning, financial forecasts, cashflow etc.
- To ensure budget holders/management receive up to date timely and accurate management accounts and information.
- Ensuring full compliance with Procurement policy and develop/update procurement SOP.
- Implementing the best structure, team and policies and procedures required in the Finance Department; guiding finance and accounting staff.
- Managing to the organization’s accounting function with the view to ensure compliance with current and proposed legislation, all local and IFRS accounting regulations.
- Cooperating with HR for monthly payroll
- Review payment request and make recommendation for payment approval
- Provide proactive assessment of opportunities to deliver efficiencies in collaboration with departments
- Perform appropriate duties as assigned by Management team
Job Requirements
- University Degree in Commerce/Accounting Major
- Prefer CPA/ACCA/CIMA
- Minimum 7 years of practical experience in a senior financial management position
- Experience in donor funded projects with understanding about rules and regulation of major donors.
- A strong experience in working with national partners, local/government authorities.
- Strong English – written and verbal (strong communicator)
- Having experience of using accounting software, Microsoft office word, excel applications
- ERP implementation experience

- Salary: MMK 3,500,000 ~ 4,000,000
