Job Descriptions

  • Oversee service calls and implementation in time.
  • Prepare spare part purchasing order for aftersales service.
  • Consult expense budget should be align with sold out quantity and warranty policy.
  • Oversee the actual expense and risk.
  • Set up internal service teams’ number due to area requirement and delegate job to the teams.
  • Oversee customer service and technology solutions by closely working with suppliers, internal teams (Sales, procurement and logistics teams) and technicians.
  • Build the compliance of the standards in the repairs and ensuring a good customer feedback and satisfaction.
  • Provide Technical knowledge sharing to internal and service network and attend technician seminars.
  • Continue to improve the Service policy, systems and processes base on product nature and supplier agreement.
  • Focus on product quality and product development, service network improvement, call center management, spare part support.
  • Report directly to Head of Operation in weekly, monthly and annual.


  • Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering (or) B. Tech – Mechanical.
  • At least 7 years of relevant Home Appliance aftersales service and management experience.
  • Must have certificate or diploma in Sales Management field.
  • Strong in communication, leadership and team building skills.
  • Strength in problem solving, issue-resolution, ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment.

Other Information

  • Salary: 2,500,000 MMK
  • Working Days: Monday to Saturday
  • Working Location: Yangon
