Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience.
Must have 4+ years design experience.
Strong collaboration, communication and organization skills.
Interpersonally savvy with strong listening skills.
Ability to comprehend the big picture while paying attention to the smallest details.
Soundly adept in design and typographic skills, applicable to a vast range of design aesthetics.
Ability to present ideas clearly and with conviction in order to sell them through internally and externally.
Ability to gracefully lead multiple projects in a fast-paced and multi-task environment.
Understanding of printing process, photography, illustration, typography and interactive designs.
Competency in the Adobe Creative Cloud Suite of applications in PC environment.
Portfolio demonstrating excellence in graphic design and a strong understanding and application of art direction.
