Job Descriptions

Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, including branch management, loan processing, and customer service.
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the organization’s goals.
Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with banking regulations and internal policies.
Risk Management: Identify and mitigate operational risks.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred).
Must have 8+ years of experience in banking or microfinance, with at least 3 years in a senior operations role.
In-depth knowledge of banking operations, regulations, and compliance.
Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
