- Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, including branch management, loan processing, and customer service.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the organization’s goals.
- Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with banking regulations and internal policies.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate operational risks.

- Financial Management: Monitor budgets and financial performance, ensuring cost-effective operations.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Must have 8+ years of experience in banking or microfinance, with at least 3 years in a senior operations role.
- In-depth knowledge of banking operations, regulations, and compliance.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Other information
- Salary: Up to MMK 2,500,000 (Ferry Provided)
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM)
- Off Days: Sunday & Public Holiday, Sat Alternate
- Working Location: Kamayut Township; Yangon
