General Manager_Sales & Marketing (For a Well-Established Real Estate Company)

Job Descriptions

Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
Lead and manage the sales and marketing team, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback.
Oversee the development of marketing collateral, advertising campaigns, and
promotional materials.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, and industry partners.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
Collaborate with other departments, such as finance and operations, to ensure alignment of sales and marketing efforts with overall business goals.
Monitor and report on sales and marketing performance metrics, such as sales revenue, conversion rates.
Stay updated on industry developments and best practices to continuously improve sales and marketing strategies.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field and Master is preferred.
At least (3) years experiences with similar position in real estate sale & Marketing.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft office.
