General Manager_Administration (For a well-established Group of Companies)

Job Descriptions

  1. Direct and oversee all aspects of the organization’s administrative functions
  2. Develop, implement, and monitor policies and procedures to ensure efficient operation of the department and company
  3. Manage and coordinate administrative projects as needed, such as office renovations or relocations
  4. Supervise and train administrative staff, including receptionists and other support personnel
  5. Controlling Fixed Assets & Employee Benefits Managements
  6. Manage inventory of office supplies and organize purchasing of new material
  7. Monitor costs and expenses & handling company license & permit & contracts & car license
  8. Dealing Government Office as needed
  9. Negotiate contracts and rates with vendors and service providers
  10. Maintain inventory of office supplies and equipment, ordering new supplies and equipment as needed
  11. Prepare and manage budgets for the administrative department
  12. Coordinate travel arrangements for employees and clients
  13. Generate reports and presentations as needed
  14. Perform other duties as assigned


  1. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or related field plus MBA is more preferable
  2. 10+ years’ experience in an administrative role, with progressive responsibility
  3. Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams
  4. Strong management skills
  5. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  6. Exceptional organizational skills
  7. Excellent English Communication Skills

Other Information

  1. Salary: Negotiable (depend on experiences)
  2. Working Days: Monday to Saturday
  3. Working Location: Hlaing Township, Yangon
