Responsibilities

1. Oversee day-to-day operations
2. Design strategy and set goals for growth
3. Maintain budgets and optimize expenses
4. Set policies and processes
5. Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally
6. Oversee recruitment and training of new employees
7. Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance
8. Direct the employee assessment process
9. Prepare regular reports for upper management
10. Provide solutions (e.g. profit decline, employee conflicts, loss of business to competitors, for sale persons)

Requirements

1. BSc/BA in Business or relevant field;
   MSc/MA is a plus
2. At least working experience 5 years as General Manager in IT field
3. Experience in planning and budgeting
4. Knowledge of business process and functions (finance, HR, procurement, operations etc.)
5. Strong analytical ability
6. Excellent communication skills
7. Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
8. Problem-solving aptitude

Other Information

1. Salary: 1,500,000 ~ 2,000,000 MMK
2. Working Days: Monday to Friday (8AM to 5PM)
3. Working Location: Hlaing Township, Yangon
