- Planning, coordinating and managing staff and services to ensure efficient and effective F&B operations and that customer service standards are maintained at all times.
- • Encompass the formulation and implementation of operating procedures and standards, the management and development of team members, and liaise with executive management to ensure that company’ short and long term goals are met.
- Provide leadership, direction and training to front of house and back of house teams to provide exceptional customer service to diners, and maximize profitability for all outlets.
- Develop business strategies, policies and procedures to obtain financial objectives for all outlets.
- Inspirational leader who can direct, lead, and motivate a team of employees.
- Provide management staff training and ensure operational and training standards are consistently followed and executed by the team.
- Experience in planning and opening new F&B outlets is a plus.
Requirements
- Any Graduate
- Minimum 10 years’ proven success in working in the food and beverage and/or retail industry ideally in a management level position.
- Proficient in both spoken and written English is necessary.
- Good communication & interpersonal skills.

- Salary: MMK 3,000,000 to 5,000,000
- Working Days: 6 days a week, Offdays with Duty Roaster
- Working Location: Yankin Township, Yangon
