Responsibilities
- Have full P/L responsibility
- Oversee and develop the Beauty Skincare business in Myanmar, ensure the operations align with brand standards and business objectives
- Develop and Lead the sales team to develop sales channels in traditional trades, modern trade, and retail to reach the retail universe, revenue, and profit.
- Formulate and implement sales strategies to achieve business goals
- Improve Brand awareness and market shares
- Developed Marketing strategies and plan to promote product brands, customer engagement, and sales achievements.
- Complete the Go-To-Market process and successfully launch at due time in the right manner.
- Monitor business performance and assist refinement of the business model.
- Manage operations including purchase plan, supply chain, finance, accounting, and HR.
- Streamline the business process and system to improve speed to market and increase productivity.
- Ensure On time collections of payments from all sales channels.
- Responsible for inventory management, avoiding aged inventory and damages.
- Have Full responsibility for the Smooth Operation of all Sections.
Requirements
- MBA or Any Bachelor’s degree holders and other related qualifications will be advantage
- Minimum 4 Years of experience in a related industry with management level
- Must be advanced in English
- Proficiency in Thai language will be preferred
- Has strong experience in managing the company’s overall operations and leadership skills
Other Information
- Salary: 3,500,000 MMK + Other allowance
- Working Days: Monday to Friday
- Working Location: Yankin Township, Yangon
