Job Descriptions
- Coordination with both internal and external for all logistics matters.
- Maintains relationships with the Internal team and forwarder company by providing support, and information guidance.
- Cross-check and follow up on contracts, invoices, and payments.
- Check and ensure that all shipments on purchases are checked properly and reconciled against shipment invoices.
- Work closely with the internal team to ship materials timely and accurately.
- Coordination with team –
1. Daily operations, including overseeing shipments, tracking, and resolving any issues that may arise.
2. Required documentation, declarations, and/or labels to facilitate shipment, trade, and payments between the company, Client, and all other relevant parties involved (e.g. banks, insurance companies, warehouse, freight forwarder, third-party partly logistics vendor etc.)
Requirements
- Any Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in any supply chain/business management, or related field with at least 4 years of working experience.
- Knowledge of import procedures and permit declaration.
- Awareness of laws governing international trade and customs processes.
- Good at Microsoft Excel, Word and Email.
- Proficient in English (at least Intermediate level.)
- Good personality and Communication Skills.
Other information
- Salary: MMK 800,000 to 1,300,000
- Benefits: Phone Bill, Health and Life Insurance, OT
- Working Days: 5.5 days a week
- Off Days: Saturday Half, Sunday & Public Holidays
- Working Location: Yankin Township, Yangon
