Job Descriptions
- Managing drivers and their schedules of attendance and fleet way plan.
- Analyzing driver performance and vehicle utilization.
- Leading the safety programs and oversee incident reporting.
- Imply and follow to Management policies for fleet.
- Comply with Local Laws and regulation from Authority.
- Tracking the fleet metrics and establishing efficient routes and delivery/ pickup schedule.
- Improving the Operational efficiency.
- Ensure regular inspection of vehicles and scheduling maintenance for vehicles.
- Coordinate with Admin Team for repairs and preventative maintenance plans.
- Arrange and checking with Admin Team for vehicle licenses are valid and insurance application.
- Other duties as required by Manager.
Requirements
- Must be graduated.
- Must have minimum 3-5 years of experiences in fleet team with managerial level, Logistics (Delivery) or Distribution industry is more preferable.
- Must be the Local Mandalay or 5-year of minimum staying and working duration in Mandalay.
- Must have well understanding of Geographical situation in Mandalay.
- Good Interpersonal skills and communication skill.
- Strong Management knowledge for people management.
- Great attitude and flexible for Operational process changing by Management or market trending.
Other information
- Salary: MMK 700,000 ~ 1,000,000
- Working Days: 6 days per week ( 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM)
- Off Days: One day per week
- Working Days: Mandalay
