Finance Manager (For a Leading JV Automobile Company)

Job Descriptions

Summarize and review on the divisional financial report accurately and systematically as per reporting timeline and responsible for assigned divisions ‘ Financial Report.
To ensure accurately and timely reporting of the Company’s financial statements in accordance with IAS/IFRS/Group guidelines as per group timeline.
Analyze & recommend solutions to be aligned with IAS/IFRS and current financial report. Develop and maintain current Chart of Accounts (COA).
Liaise with auditors on annual audit process.
Monitor on company inventories and importation. Prepare reconciliation statement of inventories between financial reporting and Inventory system and report to management on any discrepancy.
Review and remind overdue receivables for effective control of collection from credit customers for assigned division.
Check and verify payments as per allocated tasks and approval guideline , SOP.
Create Online payment for assigned division.
Perform any assignment from HOD not listed the above as per job requirement.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and/or Finance and Diploma in IFRS or
similar is preferred (or equivalent education and/or related work experience).
Minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience in finance and managerial position.
Experience of Setting up of accounting software , preferrable in Odoo Software.
Analytical and Problem Solving.
Verbal and written communication skills in Burmese and English Languages.
High integrity and natural desire to assume responsibility.
Time management skills.
Ability to manage pressure.
Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications, specifically in Excel, macros, data analysis, and pivot tables and accounting Software and ERP.
