Job Descriptions
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, phone, or other communication channels.
- Proactively follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with products and services.
- Receive and process export orders, ensuring accuracy in documentation, pricing, and shipment details.
- Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate timely order fulfillment.
- Prepare and maintain export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, shipping labels, and customs declarations, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations and customer requirements.
- Identify areas for process improvement and efficiency gains in export operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management or Business Management
- Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics industry (forwarder, shipping company)
- Familiar with Myanmar market
- Have good understanding about Logistics trend
- Good in writing and speaking English.
Other Information
- Salary: MMK 800,000
- Working Days: Monday to Friday (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM)
- Off Days: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
- Working Location: Botahtaung Township, Yangon.
