Executive Administrator (For a multinational conglomerate in Yangon)

Job Descriptions

  • To manage senior executive’s daily agenda and assist in planning appointments, meetings, phone calls, outgoing or incoming correspondence, expense claims etc…
  • To manage office accessories/equipment’s supplies and rental contracts (Accommodation, offices, vehicles)
  • To supervise Company’s Receptionist and Drivers’ duties.
  • To make travel and accommodation arrangements for Executives and Corporate Guests
  • To handle confidential documentations (Electronics/Paper) and logistics matters.
  • To prepare/present reports and other administrative duties as assigned.


  • Degree in any discipline
  • Possess at least 7 years of solid working experience in  secretarial and office administrative duties.
  • To work under fast paced working environment and able to multi task.
  • Possesses excellent communication skills and maintain professional manners at all times.
  • Able to communicate effectively in English and Myanmar Languages

Other Information

Working Location:  Bahan Township

Working Hour:        Monday to Friday & Saturday Half day
