- To manage senior executive’s daily agenda and assist in planning appointments, meetings, phone calls, outgoing or incoming correspondence, expense claims etc…
- To manage office accessories/equipment’s supplies and rental contracts (Accommodation, offices, vehicles)
- To supervise Company’s Receptionist and Drivers’ duties.
- To make travel and accommodation arrangements for Executives and Corporate Guests
- To handle confidential documentations (Electronics/Paper) and logistics matters.
- To prepare/present reports and other administrative duties as assigned.
- Degree in any discipline
- Possess at least 7 years of solid working experience in secretarial and office administrative duties.
- To work under fast paced working environment and able to multi task.
- Possesses excellent communication skills and maintain professional manners at all times.
- Able to communicate effectively in English and Myanmar Languages
- Salary : 1,200,000 ~ 1,500,000 MMK
- Working Location : Bahan Township
- Working Hour : Monday to Friday & Saturday Half day
