Digital Marketing Officer (For a leading E-Commerce Company)

Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement digital marketing strategies, campaigns, and initiatives to achieve marketing objectives and drive business results
  2. Manage and optimize digital marketing channels including search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and other online advertising platforms
  3. Create engaging and compelling content for digital marketing campaigns, including website content, social media posts, email newsletters, blogs, and more
  4. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and stay updated with industry trends
  5. Analyze and interpret data from various digital marketing platforms to measure campaign performance, identify areas of improvement, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization
  6. Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, best practices, and technologies, and apply them to improve digital marketing strategies and tactics
  7. Monitor and manage online reputation and brand presence, including reviews and customer feedback on various online platforms
  8. Develop and manage digital marketing budgets, track expenses, and report on ROI

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree/Diploma/Certificate in marketing, communications, business, or a related field
  2. Minimum experience 2 years working in digital marketing, preferably in a similar role
  3. Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels and platforms, including SEO, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and online advertising
  4. Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, email marketing platforms, content management systems, and more
  5. Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make data-driven decisions
  6. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for various digital marketing channels
  7. Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative digital marketing strategies and campaigns
  8. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
  9. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of digital marketing
  10. Knowledge of relevant regulations and guidelines
  11. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners
  12. Strong organizational and time management skills
  13. Ability to adapt to changes in the digital marketing landscape and stay updated with the latest industry trends

Other Information

  1. Salary: 700,000 MMK
  2. Working Days: Monday to Friday (8:30AM to 5:30PM)
  3. Working Location: Hlaing Township, Yangon
