- Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aimed at doubling website traffic and achieving an increase in conversion rates.
- Oversee the management of the E-commerce platform to drive significant increases in profits.
- Manage and optimize all digital channels, including the community, website, third-party E-commerce platform, social media platforms, email campaigns, KOL campaign & online advertising.
- Coordinate online activities with offline marketing communication plans.
- Create and craft digital content and uphold content publishing editorial calendar.
- Lead the creation and execution of compelling marketing campaigns across various digital platforms to effectively promote, educate, and engage target audiences, while collaborating closely with internal teams and external partners.
- Create and manage multiple successful campaigns on social media platforms, ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives.
- Oversee agency and vendor relationships to guarantee outsourced work aligns with branding specifications, maintaining high quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Ensure digital designs are optimized for branding, impact, SEO, and web development standards.
- Identify opportunities for integrating new technologies, digital products, and services into online campaigns.
- Stay updated with the latest knowledge and technologies applicable to your area/team, enhancing personal competence.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing efforts and provide insights for ongoing strategy refinement and optimization.
Requirements
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager, Tiktok, Instagram…etc.
- Familiarity with web design principles and managing CMS and basic HTML/CSS knowledge may be advantageous.
- Understanding of SEO principles and best practices will be an advantage.
- Familiarity with brand marketing principles will be an advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for content creation and engaging with audiences on digital platforms.
- Analytical skills to interpret data and draw actionable insights from digital marketing campaigns.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop effective marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of social media platforms and their respective advertising options.
- Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.

- Salary: MMK 800,000 (Ferry Provided)
- Working Days: Monday to Friday (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM)
- Off Days: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
- Working Location: Yankin Township; Yangon
