Job Descriptions
- Check & study of design drawing & specification and contractor shop drawing (related to structure, architecture & ID).
- Prepare bar bending schedule shop drawing for construction.
- Prepare detail shop drawing for structure, architecture and ID.
- Prepare RFI, RFA, RAM (for design clarification, shop drawing, method statement, material, etc).
- Effective cooperate to site team, planning team & MEP team and site visit.
- Assist & report to senior ranks and improve the subordinates consistently for succession.
- Guideline & support to junior ranks & coordinate to all colleagues & external providers to be effective work done.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree AGTI, B-Tech, BE, ME (Civil).
- Minimum 4 years of relevant working experience.
- Proficiency with Auto CAD, SketchUp, Microsoft office.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
- Able to work under pressure.
Other Information
- Salary: MMK 1,200,000 ~ 1,500,000
- Working Days: Monday to Friday, Saturday Alternate (8:30 AM to 5:30 PM)
- Off Days: Saturday Alternate, Sunday & Public Holidays
- Working Location: Hlaing Township, Yangon.
