Descriptions
- Identify and appoint sub-distributors and agents in assigned territories.
- Develop and maintain relationships with sub-distributors and agents to ensure effective distribution channels.
- Look for new Agricultural machinery business opportunity
- Conduct regular training sessions for sub-distributors on product knowledge and sales strategies.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and market penetration.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and support.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and market trends.
- Analyze competitive products and market conditions to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Develop pricing strategies and promotional activities to increase market share.
- Prepare and manage budgets for distribution activities.
- Handle financial transactions with sub-distributors and customers, ensuring timely payments and collections.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field. MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and distribution, preferably in the agricultural machinery or industrial equipment sector.
- Prefer Chinese Speaking person
- Willingness to travel frequently within assigned territories.
- Valid driver’s license.
Other Information
- Salary: Up to MMK 3,000,000
- Working Days: Monday to Friday
- Off Days: Saturday, Sundays & Public Holidays
- Working Location: Hlaing Thar Yar Township, Yangon.
