- Study Job applicants’ resumes and categorize according to job functions
- Input Job applicants’ personal details, Educational Background and work experiences into the system
- Contact Job applicants for required information
- Ensuring accurate entry of candidate Database according to job functions and working experiences
- Maintained ongoing communication with job applicants and recruitment team.
- Able to prepare daily/weekly/monthly candidate database report.
- Minimum 2 years of working experiences in Data Entry, Database Management, or administrative support field.
- Ability to analyzed and categorized resumes/CVs.
- Experience in candidate database and/or recruitment industry is preferred
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Computer literacy skill is a must
