Responsibilities
- Handle customer’s inquiries and complaints
- Sharing information to customers, receiving and collecting information from customers
- Coordinate with internal departments
- Monthly report to Officer & Assistant Manager
- Meeting arrangement with locators & respective internal departments
- Prepare individual goals and action plans
- Ability to work with team setting
Requirements
- Any graduate from university with a relevant customer service training certificate
- Applicants should have 3 to 4 years’ experience in customer service that is relevant to B2C or B2B interactions
- Ability to communicate with English
- Able to use Microsoft Office & Excel very well
- Good verbal & written communication skills, presentation skills, decision-making skill & problem-solving skills
- Ability to interact in a positive manner with internal contacts & external contacts
- Ability to maintain highest level of confidentially
Other Information
- Salary: 600,000 MMK
- Working Days: Monday to Friday
- Off Days: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
- Working Location: Thilawa
