- Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
- Follow communication “scripts” and go off “scripts” when necessary, in handling different topics about company’s products and services.
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
- Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way.
Requirements
- Any Bachelor’s degree or Diploma.
- Must have knowledge in using Applications and Softwares.
- Must have previous experience in a customer support role.
- ERP Support experience is preferred.
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types.
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively.
Other information
- Salary: MMK 400,000
- Benefits : Lunch Provided
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM)
- Off Days: Sunday & Public Holiday, Sat Alternate
- Working Location: Kamayut Township; Yangon
