Customer Service Representative(For a Software Company)

Job Descriptions

  • Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
  • Follow communication “scripts” and go off “scripts” when necessary, in handling different topics about company’s products and services.
  • Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
  • Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way.

Requirements

  • Any Bachelor’s degree or Diploma.
  • Must have knowledge in using Applications and Softwares.
  • Must have previous experience in a customer support role.
  • ERP Support experience is preferred.
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
  • Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types.
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively.

Other information

  • Salary: MMK 400,000
  • Benefits : Lunch Provided
  • Working Days: Monday to Saturday (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM)
  • Off Days: Sunday & Public Holiday, Sat Alternate
  • Working Location: Kamayut Township; Yangon
