Descriptions
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist customers in resolving issues, processing orders, handling returns, or answering questions related to products and services.
- Provide product information, assist with troubleshooting, and guide customers through processes.
- Ensure that all customer queries are addressed within the company’s service level agreements (SLAs).
- Meet or exceed customer service performance metrics such as response time, customer satisfaction, and first-call resolution.
- Handle escalated customer complaints with professionalism and empathy, working towards timely resolutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, communication, or a related field is preferred.
- Additional customer service certifications or training would be advantageous.
- Minimum 1 year of previous experience in customer service or a related field.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Adaptability to changing customer needs and a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service platforms.
- English must be influence in both verbal & writing.
Other Information
- Salary: MMK 500,000 ~ 700,000
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday Half Day (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM)
- Off Days: Saturday Half Day, Sunday & Public Holidays
- Working Location: Kamayut Township, Yangon.
