Job Descriptions

  • Assist the Customer Service Supervisor and Property Executive as required.
  • Implement customer service policies and procedures as directed by the Customer Service Supervisor.
  • Assist the Customer Service Supervisor in communicating customer service standards.
  • Assist the Customer Service Supervisor in achieving and maintaining of agreed customer service levels and standards.
  • To follow up outstanding bills, management fee (Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly).
  • Ensure to record and update necessary information, complaints, feedback, history of residents in CRM system daily.
  • Track customer complaint resolution.
  • Assist the Customer Service Supervisor in implementing strategies to improve quality of service.


  • Any graduate.
  • Fluent in English/Chinese language- both written and spoken.
  • Relevant work experience of one year.
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
  • Computer literate & able to prepare and file written reports.
  • Good communication skills & pleasant personality.

Other information

  • Salary: Negotiable
  • Working Days: 6 days a week ( 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM)
  • Off Days: Off day with Duty Roaster
  • Working Location: Yankin Township, Yangon
