Job Descriptions
- Assist the Customer Service Supervisor and Property Executive as required.
- Implement customer service policies and procedures as directed by the Customer Service Supervisor.
- Assist the Customer Service Supervisor in communicating customer service standards.
- Assist the Customer Service Supervisor in achieving and maintaining of agreed customer service levels and standards.
- To follow up outstanding bills, management fee (Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly).
- Ensure to record and update necessary information, complaints, feedback, history of residents in CRM system daily.
- Track customer complaint resolution.
- Assist the Customer Service Supervisor in implementing strategies to improve quality of service.
Requirements
- Any graduate.
- Fluent in English/Chinese language- both written and spoken.
- Relevant work experience of one year.
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
- Computer literate & able to prepare and file written reports.
- Good communication skills & pleasant personality.
Other information
- Salary: Negotiable
- Working Days: 6 days a week ( 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM)
- Off Days: Off day with Duty Roaster
- Working Location: Yankin Township, Yangon
