Responsibilities
- Be aware of product knowledge and standard operation procedures.
- Provide guests the most accurate and up to date information at all times.
- Responsible the daily task as per the shift checklist.
- Handling customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, follow up to ensure resolution.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer account and file document.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and polices.
Requirements
- Any Bachelor Degree.
- Minimum 1 year experience in relevant area.
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Able to work rotating shifts.
- Flexible and able to embrace and respond to change effectively.
Other Information
- Salary: Negotiable
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday Half Day
- Working Time: 8:30 AM ~ 5:00 PM
- Off Days: Saturday Half Day, Sunday & Public Holidays
- Working Location: South Okkalapa Township, Yangon.
