Customer Service Executive (For a Foreign Construction Company)

Responsibilities

  • Be aware of product knowledge and standard operation procedures.
  • Provide guests the most accurate and up to date information at all times.
  • Responsible the daily task as per the shift checklist.
  • Handling customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer account and file document.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and polices.

Requirements

  • Any Bachelor Degree.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in relevant area.
  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Able to work rotating shifts.
  • Flexible and able to embrace and respond to change effectively.

Other Information

  • Salary: Negotiable
  • Working Days: Monday to Saturday Half Day
  • Working Time: 8:30 AM ~ 5:00 PM
  • Off Days: Saturday Half Day, Sunday & Public Holidays
  • Working Location: South Okkalapa Township, Yangon.
