Job Requirements
- To answer general enquiries via telephone or walk in customers for daily appointment.
- To record in the appointment scheduling board.
- Prepare WIP (Job Card) and arrange according to the appointment date.
- Utilize the Service Appointment system to maximize the facility and manpower capacity.
- To conduct the campaign call.
- To monitor and send the daily and monthly report.
- All filing is kept neat and tidy according to 5S.
- Submit the screening customer list to distributor on time.
- To conduct the assigned report.
- Visit to the customer if necessary.
Requirements
- Any Bachelor’s Degree
- Preferred Bachelor Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service.
- Strong verbal and written communication with the workforce in both English and Myanmar.
- General knowledge of car repair and maintenance.
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
- Ability to accept or tolerate problems without becoming annoyed or anxious.
- Computer skills.
- Strong administrative, planning and organization skills.
- Effective time management skills and ability to meet strict deadlines.
- Ability to maintain and build the rapport with the customers.
- Ability to have negotiation and influencing skills.
Other information
- Salary: MMK 350,000 ~ 500,000
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday (8:30 AM to 5:30 PM)
- Off Days: Sunday & Public Holidays
- Working Location: Bahan Township, Yangon.
