Responsibilities

The qualified applicant must be also able to do credit risk analysis of the customer based on the loan repayment record history, analyzing the client’s repayment capacity, risk over investment, and return over investment, carrying sole responsibility of approval/disapproval of financial credit to any client, and compliance with the company’s credit policy.

Requirements

Degree holder with minimum 3-5 years experience in related environment. The applicant must have adequate experience for microfinance and banking. Able to communicate well in English and possesses an excellent interpersonal skill.
