Key Responsibilities

• Cost planning and budgeting in coordination with QS and finance team.
• Liaise with authorities for required approvals and construction permits.
• Coordinate with Quantity Surveyors to manage contracts, variations, and claims.
• Ensure compliance with HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) standards.
• Provide regular updates and progress reports to senior management and stakeholders.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in quantity surveying, engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in cost management, contract management with similar position.
• Proficiency in contract law, risk management, and financial analysis.
• Strong leadership skill and negotiation skill.

Other Information

• Salary: MMK 2,500,000 ~ 3,500,000
• Working Day: Monday to Saturday Half Day (8:30 AM to 5:00 PM)
• Off Days: Saturday Half Day, Sunday & Public Holidays
• Working Location: Yankin Township, Yangon.
