• Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities.
• Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through calling, networking and social media.
• Setting up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations to customers.
• Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data to management.
• Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
• Collaborate with team to achieve better results.

Requirements

• Any graduate.
• Fluent in English is a necessary
• 2 years or more of sales experiences.
• Fresh graduates with active personality and passionate in sales are welcome to apply
• Build-up networks and contacts in real estate industry.
• Self-motivated and hard working.
• Good communication skill and salesmanship.

Other information

• Salary: 400,000 MMK+ Other allowance 320,000 MMK (Start from Second month)+Commission
• Working Days: 6days
• Off Days: Every Tuesday
• Working Location: Yankin Township, Yangon
