Job Descriptions
- Manage the overall operation of the cold storage facility, ensuring smooth and efficient storage of frozen and chilled products.
- Monitor and maintain appropriate temperature and humidity levels based on product requirements.
- Oversee the receipt, storage, retrieval, and dispatch of goods to ensure timely and accurate movement.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and cold chain standards such as HACCP and FDA regulations.
- Coordinate with procurement and production teams for timely stock movement and replenishment.
- Maintain documentation of inventory levels, temperature logs, equipment maintenance, and audits.
- Monitor energy usage and suggest efficiency improvements to reduce operational costs.
- Optimize space utilization and improve storage layout to support operational efficiency.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in cold storage or warehouse management, preferably in the seafood or food industry.
- Strong understanding of cold chain logistics, food safety standards (HACCP, FDA), and warehouse operations.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, during high-demand periods.
Other Information
- Salary: MMK 1,500,000 (Accommodation, Ferry & Duty Meal Provided)
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday (8:30 AM to 5:30 PM)
- Off Days: Sunday & Public Holidays
- Working Location: Hlaing Thar Yar Township, Yangon.
