About the Role:
As a Client Success Specialist, you will be a key player in ensuring our clients are maximizing the benefits of our HR application. Your focus will be on providing expert support, guidance, and insights to our clients.

Job Descriptions

• Serve as a product expert, assisting clients in utilizing our application to its full potential.
• Build relationships with client and company side. Good in negotiations with client.
• Address complex client inquiries and provide solutions.
• Conduct regular check-ins with clients to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions and feedback.

Requirements

• Any Graduated or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• At least 3 years’ above experience in client support or success roles, preferably in a SaaS environment.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Interesting for technology and helping clients succeed.

Other information

• Salary: 800,000 MMK
• Working Days: Monday to Friday & Saturday Alternative (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM)
• Working Location: Thingangyun Township, Yangon.
