Job Descriptions

  • Set objectives and strategies Map for Corporate Information Technology Division (CID).
  • Select and implement suitable technology to streamline all internal operations and help optimize their strategic benefits.
  • Direct and organize IT-related projects.
  • Monitor changes or advancements in technology to discover ways the company can gain competitive advantage.
  • Analyze the costs, value and risks of information technology to advice management and suggest actions.
  • Strategic planning of business growth objectives.
  • Develop and approve technology futures and budgets.
  • Provide weekly/monthly project status reports to Top Management.
  • Reviewing AGM/Leaders daily action/achievement (weekly and monthly)
  • Reviewing Reports/Dashboards in JIRA for Project Roadmap Timeline.
  • Monitoring People Improvement, Mindset, Motivation Level.
  • Work with teams across the business to generate innovative digital solutions for products, services, processes, customer experiences, marketing channels, and business models
  • Work as a part of the team along with the Project Manager to meet project targets and quality objectives.
  • Provide effort estimation and work execution plan for overall project.
  • Monitoring KPI Achievement Monthly.
  • Responsible for managing and leading a large team.
  • Must be able to work effectively with leaders in different business units to ensure a comprehensive IT strategy that benefits the entire company.
  • Companies must adapt to advances in technology in order to succeed, and Lead From the forefront of helping Teams.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree or Master Degree in IT or related field or Degree in business & technology.
  • Min 8 years’ experience in a similar role designing and launching digital platforms.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven influencing and collaboration skills.
  • Excellent Verbal and Written Communication (English, Myanmar).
  • A strong strategic and business mindset.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
  • Full project lifecycle experience.

Other information

  • Salary: MMK 2,500,000 to 3,000,000
  • Working Days: Monday to Friday & Alternative Saturday (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM)
  • Working Location: Mayangone Township; Yangon
