Responsibilities
- Reporting to CEO and performing secretarial and administrative duties
- Preparing and coordinating formatting, writing CEO speeches, and editing reports, documents, and presentations
- Communicate with internal departments, and head office and answer calls
- Managing internal and external correspondence on behalf of the CEO
- Manage the schedule and meeting arrangement of the CEO in google calendar effectively
- Arrange EC and BOD meetings (Policy Approvals), remind relevant lines for submission agenda and presentation, combine, inform the final presentation and take meeting minutes, and so on
- Arranging travel, and transportation arrangements, for local and overseas
- Collaborate with each department on newsletter preparation write actively when necessary and distribute to the employee once a month
- Arrange the staff event, monthly townhall and another event for the organization
- In charge as organization’s Social Performance Manager to manage the Social Projects, CSR Programs, E&S Projects, Digital Financial Literacy program, providing Social Performance Management training, monitoring social performance management action plans and activities
- Manage and lead assigned projects including responsibility for the project steering committee, regular status updates, process alignment, developing SOP, and policy, and providing training
- Manage and responsible for organization-wide communication that includes preparation of monthly newsletters, managing Facebook, organization’s website contents, and LinkedIn
- Manage and be responsible for organization’s rebranding, branch design, and making sure all branch designs are consistent
- Manage Grants & Funding Projects: preparing grant proposals, seeking available grants in the market, and preparing current grant reports
- Manage and set departmental-wide business plan, annual KPIs, and annual budget together with CEO and relevant department
- Manages business partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
- Prepare reporting and documents for the company’s due diligence, social performance management annual report, external reporting, annual impact reports, and market and customer insight reports
Requirements
- Any Graduate
- Minimum 5 years experience in related field
- Good Communication Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

- Working Days: Monday to Friday
