Business Support Manager (For an Int’l Microfinance Company)

  1. Reporting to CEO and performing secretarial and administrative duties
  2. Preparing and coordinating formatting, writing CEO speeches, and editing reports, documents, and presentations
  3. Communicate with internal departments, and head office and answer calls
  4. Managing internal and external correspondence on behalf of the CEO
  5. Manage the schedule and meeting arrangement of the CEO in google calendar effectively
  6. Arrange EC and BOD meetings (Policy Approvals), remind relevant lines for submission agenda and presentation, combine, inform the final presentation and take meeting minutes, and so on
  7. Arranging travel, and transportation arrangements, for local and overseas
  8. Collaborate with each department on newsletter preparation write actively when necessary and distribute to the employee once a month
  9. Arrange the staff event, monthly townhall and another event for the organization
  10. In charge as organization’s  Social Performance Manager to manage the Social Projects, CSR Programs, E&S Projects, Digital Financial Literacy program, providing Social Performance Management training, monitoring social performance management action plans and activities
  11. Manage and lead assigned projects including responsibility for the project steering committee, regular status updates, process alignment, developing SOP, and policy, and providing training
  12. Manage and responsible for organization-wide communication that includes preparation of monthly newsletters, managing Facebook, organization’s website contents, and LinkedIn
  13. Manage and be responsible for organization’s rebranding, branch design, and making sure all branch designs are consistent
  14. Manage Grants & Funding Projects:  preparing grant proposals, seeking available grants in the market, and preparing current grant reports
  15. Manage and set departmental-wide business plan, annual KPIs, and annual budget together with CEO and relevant department
  16. Manages business partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
  17. Prepare reporting and documents for the company’s due diligence, social performance management annual report, external reporting, annual impact reports, and market and customer insight reports


  1. Any Graduate
  2. Minimum 5 years experience in related field
  3. Good Communication Skills
  4. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  1. Salary: 2,000,000 MMK
  2. Working Days: Monday to Friday
  3. Working Location: Hlaing Township, Yangon
