- Proactively research and identify potential clients, markets, and sectors for business expansion.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to uncover new business opportunities.
- Super knowledge in medical supply industry.
- Responsible to develop business development strategy to attract new customer and retain existing customer.
- Responsible to do market research by searching new market opportunities and new customers for business growth.
- Plan for marketing campaign to get higher transaction & increase brand awareness.
- Develop and implement sales strategies, retention plans and analyzing sales data to inform or update marketing strategies.
- Identify new business opportunities and partners.
Requirements
- Must have 5+ years experiences in BD management role.
- Bachelor Degree and Diploma in Business Management (More prefer MBA)
- Experience in leading teams and developing business strategies.
- Advanced level of presentation skills, negotiating skills, reporting skills, team building skills, Communication skills
- Experience working with commercial agreements, including creating and negotiating agreements outside of standard business contracts.
- Strong knowledge of government tender and other project background experience.

- Salary: Negotiable
- Working Days: Monday to Friday (8:30 AM ~ 5:00 PM) & Saturday Alternative
- Off Days: Sunday & Public Holidays
- Working Location: North Dagon Township, Yangon
