Key Responsibilities
- Manage reception duties, including answering calls, hosting visitors, and handling emails in a professional and timely manner.
- Manage and continuously update the Member-to-Member Benefits program to ensure relevance and value.
- Follow-up and collaborate with the Finance Officer on membership payments.
- Schedule regular catch-up meetings with members.
- Collect and manage prospect contact information, arrange meetings, and maintain accurate records.
- Follow up and maintain a well-organized database for partner-related documents and contracts.
- Collect and organize member information (logos, presentations, key contacts, and highlights) for use in the publication of the Membership Directory.
- Create and manage webinars via Zoom, including inviting and importing speakers as panelists and managing attendee registration.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business management, communications, public relations or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- Strong Leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Team player with leadership qualities and the ability to work independently;
- Familiar with CRM, event management, and digital marketing tools
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
- Fluent in both English and Burmese.
Other Information
- Salary: MMK 1,300,000
- Working Days: Monday to Friday
- Working Time: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
- Off Days: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
- Working Location: Kamayut Township, Yangon.
