Responsibilities
- Build and maintain customer relations, maintain contact with all the customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Develop the connections of corporate and retail customers to reach sales goals and profitability.
- Anticipating customer needs and actively reaching out to a solution.
- Set examples for Account Managers in areas of personal character, commitment, organizational and selling skills, and work habits.
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed.
- Represent the company at all times in an ethical, responsible and professional manner.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Any Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum 3 years of related sales and business development experience.
- Personal computer operation and related software applications including basic level Microsoft Office, e-mail, and web-based communication tools.
- Good telephone skills, customer orientation and handles pressure.
- Strong Verbal and written communication skill in English or Chinese.
Other Information
- Salary: MMK 1,500,000 + Performance Bonus + Other Allowances
- Working Days: 6 days per week (9:30 AM to 5:30 PM)
- Off Day: One day off per week
- Working Location: Kamayut Township, Yangon.
