Business Development Manager (For a Leading Sports Company)

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain customer relations, maintain contact with all the customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Develop the connections of corporate and retail customers to reach sales goals and profitability.
  • Anticipating customer needs and actively reaching out to a solution.
  • Set examples for Account Managers in areas of personal character, commitment, organizational and selling skills, and work habits.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed.
  • Represent the company at all times in an ethical, responsible and professional manner.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Any Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum 3 years of related sales and business development experience.
  • Personal computer operation and related software applications including basic level Microsoft Office, e-mail, and web-based communication tools.
  • Good telephone skills, customer orientation and handles pressure.
  • Strong Verbal and written communication skill in English or Chinese.

Other Information

  • Salary: MMK 1,500,000 + Performance Bonus + Other Allowances
  • Working Days: 6 days per week (9:30 AM to 5:30 PM)
  • Off Day: One day off per week
  • Working Location: Kamayut Township, Yangon.
