Responsibilities

• Set up electricity, water pipe, fire department, aircon, CCTV installation and maintenance.
• Supervise the daily activities related to the building to facilitate overall.
• Protecting and maintaining buildings to prevent damage.|
• Able to work on other tasks related to electricity and equipment.
• Must be able to cooperate with other departments.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or Diploma in AGTI/B-Tech/B.E (EP) or (MP).
• Minimum 2 years of work experience.
• Ability to work on M&E related activities.
• Understand of building maintenance, electrical industry and plumbing.
• Problem solving skills with effectively and accurate manners.
• English Intermediate level.

Other Information

• Salary: MMK 600,000 ~ 800,000
• Working Days: Monday to Saturday Half Day (8:30 AM to 5:30 PM)
• Off Days: Saturday Half Day, Sunday & Public Holidays
• Working Location: Yankin Township, Yangon.
