- Brand Strategy:
– Assist in developing and executing brand strategies to align with the company’s overall goals.
– Contribute to the creation of brand guidelines and ensure consistent brand representation across all touch points
- Marketing Campaigns:
– Participate in planning and executing marketing campaigns, including online and offline initiatives.
– Coordinate with creative teams to develop engaging content for campaigns, ensuring they resonate with the target audience
- Market Research/Monitoring:
– Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape in the sportswear industry
– Translate market insights into actionable strategies and recommendations
- Retail/ Wholesale Partner Acquisition
– Build partnership between the company and key retailers/wholesalers
– Support them and oversee the sale process
- Events and Sponsorships:
– Support the planning and execution of brand-related events, activations, and sponsorships.
– Coordinate logistics, materials, and promotional efforts for events
– Agency/Third-parties management (inclusive of content production)
- Internal Communication:
– Communicate marketing strategies and initiatives effectively to internal stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years experiences in related field
- Proven experience in marketing, branding, or a related role within the sportswear or fashion industry
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and brand management concepts
- Familiarity with digital marketing platforms, including social media, email marketing, and content management systems
- Language proficiency other than Burmese and English is a plus
- Salary: 700,000 MMK + benefits
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday (9AM to 5PM)
- Off Days: Sunday & Public Holidays
- Working Location: Yankin Township, Yangon
