Job Description

  • Manage the BA program for Seagram portfolio to deliver BA activation programs, training programs & brand growth in collaboration with Brand & Sales teams Duties & Responsibilities
  • Manage the national BA team including the BA Executives, Field Marketing Supervisors (partial reporting) and BA teams
  • Plan, execute and manage BA activation program based on portfolio and brand objectives to deliver higher engagement and growth for brands
  • Plan, create and manage BA training and skills programs for regular and specific needs• Monitor and analyze the BA team performance data to ensure efficient and effective executions as well as generate insights for growth
  • Responsible for managing the BA operations across the nation, in close collaboration with Sales team
  • Co-create impactful BA activation programs with Brand teams and also identify the right communication assets and premiums for the programs
  • Manage and deliver on all elements of BA program, including salaries, incentive structure, uniforms, recruitment guidelines, internal communication, etc.

Job Requirements

  • Must be a graduate, advanced business degree/ diploma will be a plus Skills/ Competencies
  • Must have managed BA programs in a managerial capacity• Experience of managing BA teams/ activation programs
  • Good interpersonal skills and communication skills• Data analysis and MS-Excel familiarity
  • Good people management and team development skills
  • Ability to travel across Myanmar
  • Previous sales background would be a positive
